Glass identification requirements, and increasingly stringent regulation in the field of glass for the building industry, make glass marking an important factor today. These equipments represent the ideal solution for every marking need on any type of glass.

Sand-jet marking equipment allows to carry out a clear and permanent mark on the glass. This fact, together with the high cost-effectiveness of the process, make this technique advantageous in comparison with other marking techniques. Considered the low investment needed and the minimal process costs, this method can represent a convenient solution for large companies as well as for small and medium sized enterprises.

The Easymarker models are designed for connection with other glass processing plants, in order to receive an impulse for the automatic activation of the marking process. The activation can also be done via push-button, foot-pedal and touch screen. The logo can be carried out in different positions and at different heights, thanks to the fact that the steel mask (in which the logo is engraved) can be rotated and the position of the gun head can be adjusted by the operator. The EASYMARKER is a marking device that allows to speed up the marking process providing high quality of engraving for a non-fading logo. 

Easymarker EV30 and Easymarker UP30 enable to imprint on the surface of glass and mirrors a mark with a diameter of up to 30 mm in a totally automatic way, ensuring the same quality and sharpness of marking as the standard version with 25 mm diameter. This new solution was designed to respond to the needs of a leading international company in the production and processing of flat glass, which needed to imprint on the glass surface extensive information about the compliance of their products with the international standards related to material safety in the building industry (ANSI, CFR, SCGG, UNI, EN, CE, etc.).
