Using a controlled abrasive jet marking system through a custom wear-resistant steel stencil, it delivers a sharp, uniform, tactile and permanently legible mark — compliant with the identification and traceability requirements of the main international construction glass standards, including EN 12150, EN 14449 and ANSI Z97.1. Portable and Plug-and-Play: maximum operational freedom
MARKER T is designed to be lightweight, compact and easy to transport — making it immediately operational in any context without fixed workstation constraints. It requires no complex installation or modifications to the existing facility: simply connect it to any available compressed air source to begin marking immediately. The system is compatible with fixed compressors, portable compressors and site pneumatic networks — making it the ideal tool for production use, off-line marking, small batch processing, occasional jobs or direct on-site glass installation marking. Full operational autonomy allows marking of glass panels of any format without the need to move them to a fixed workstation, delivering concrete savings in time and logistics costs.
Custom stencils for precise, long-lasting marking
The heart of the MARKER T marking system is the custom wear-resistant steel stencil, designed and produced in-house by Fratelli Pezza to each client's specification. Prior to production, a 1:1 scale graphic proof of the mark to be engraved is provided for client validation and approval — ensuring maximum precision of the final result from the very first marking cycle. Stencils are manufactured in highly abrasion-resistant material, with optimised service life that reduces replacement frequency and lowers the cost per mark over time. The stencil is also rotatable, ensuring maximum flexibility of mark positioning on the glass panel. The exclusive L-E Protection treatment enables safe marking on particularly delicate surfaces — Low-E glass, functionally coated glass and mirrors — significantly reducing the risk of coating damage during the abrasive marking process.
Fast marking: 2–5 seconds per mark
The MARKER T system applies permanent markings in just 2–5 seconds per mark, ensuring high operational productivity even in repetitive processing, small batch production and high-variability commission-based marking. The integrated adjustable electronic timer standardises the marking cycle duration precisely for each specific stencil and glass type — guaranteeing consistent engraving quality, mark uniformity and optimal stencil protection against premature wear. The integrated cycle counter enables monitoring of the number of markings applied and proactive management of the stencil's service life.
Marking on every glass type, including special glass
The controlled abrasive jet through a steel stencil delivers a sharp, permanent and fully legible marking on every type of flat glass: float glass, tempered glass, laminated glass, insulating glass (IGU), fire-resistant glass and mirrors. Unlike laser glass marking — which generates localised thermal stress and can cause microfractures on coated or treated glass — abrasive jet marking acts on the surface through controlled mechanical abrasion, with no heat input, making it fully compatible with Low-E glass, surface-treated glass and high-performance thermal glass. For series applications across multiple panels of the same format, the SQ EMUP positioning system — positioning bracket with support column — is available as an accessory, guaranteeing absolute mark position repeatability on every panel processed and reducing setup times and manual positioning errors.
Integrated timer for controlled and repeatable marking
MARKER T is equipped with an adjustable timer to standardize marking duration and ensure consistent quality. Timer settings help prevent premature stencil wear, extending stencil lifespan and maintaining marking precision over time.
Integrated abrasive recovery and dust filtration system
MARKER T integrates a complete abrasive management system combining automatic recovery and waste dust filtration. The fabric filter collects and retains residual dust, keeping the working area clean and maintaining ambient air conditions within the limits required by industrial dust safety regulations — even in enclosed spaces or compact working environments. The automatic abrasive recovery mechanism separates still-performing particles from exhausted ones and returns them to the circuit, reducing abrasive consumption, optimising operating costs and extending the operational autonomy between refills. The result is a clean, efficient and sustainable portable marking system — suitable even for production environments with high cleanliness and environmental safety requirements.
Low consumption and balanced performance
MARKER T delivers among the lowest operating consumption figures in its category: electrical absorption of approximately 1.3 kW and a compressed air requirement of 350 l/min at a working pressure of 6 bar. These figures make it compatible with small and medium-sized compressed air systems typical of craft glass workshops, glass processing laboratories and construction sites — without requiring additional investment in energy or pneumatic infrastructure. The efficient pneumatic design maintains stable marking pressure throughout the entire work session, ensuring mark uniformity and consistency from start to finish regardless of session duration.
