SprayGlaze is a nanotechnology treatment developed for the automatic protection of clear glass surfaces such as float and extra-clear glass. The product is designed to be used with automatic application systems, both in-line and stand-alone, allowing the protective treatment to be integrated into production processes without adding manual steps. Once applied, SprayGlaze creates a hydrophobic protection that reduces the adhesion of: fingerprints, dirt and limescale residues making glass surfaces easier to clean and maintain over time. The result is glass that is more resistant to daily use, with reduced maintenance requirements and no alteration of transparency or visual quality.
Invisible protection and easier maintenance for glass surfaces
SprayGlaze is transparent and colorless and does not alter the appearance of the glass. After application, the surface maintains its clarity and brightness while improving resistance to limescale. Treated surfaces stay cleaner for longer and require less maintenance.
Easy-to-clean: faster cleaning
Thanks to its surface protection, glass treated with SprayGlaze becomes significantly easier to clean. Dirt adheres less and can be removed quickly using water or mild detergents, reducing cleaning time and maintenance costs.

SprayGlaze has been tested on automatic application systems in collaboration with Cefla Finishing, a leading company in surface treatment technologies. The tests confirmed compatibility with real industrial systems and integration into production processes, ensuring consistent application, process control and uniform quality.
Treatment performance and durability
SprayGlaze creates a stable nanotechnology barrier that maintains its performance even under daily use conditions. Laboratory tests show effectiveness beyond 14,000 washing cycles, equivalent to approximately 35 years of use. The treatment is UV-resistant and does not yellow over time.
Maintenance
To maintain the effectiveness of the treatment over time, it is recommended to use water or non-aggressive cleaning products. Proper maintenance helps preserve the easy-to-clean effect and maintain the brightness of the treated surface.
